HEMS (Historical Equestrian Martial Sports) is a modern competitive sport system based on medieval mounted combat techniques.

Our HEMS program is run in conjunction with Axelved Historic Fencing Society in Copenhagen, Denmark. The program runs weekends during the summer months.

These 2-day seminars are suitable for riders of all skill levels.

The seminar covers:

• Basic horsemanship
• Mounted combat techniques
• Targeting while riding
• Free for all melee combat
